1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the opkok platform and all of its associated services. By accessing the opkok.cam website or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh and are written in English. If any provision seems unclear, please contact our support team.

opkok reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on the opkok platform:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration.
• Each person may create only one account. Any additional accounts created will be terminated.
• You must conduct transactions using your own bank account or mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

2.1 Consequences of Providing False Information

3 Account Management

3.2 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or financial transaction for 12 consecutive months. Administrative charges may apply to inactive accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on opkok:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (same across all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in account termination.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Currency

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

opkok offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply to claiming and using these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.

• A specified deposit amount must be made to activate the bonus.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Each bonus may not be claimed more than once.
• If the same bonus is claimed from multiple accounts, both accounts will be terminated.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

opkok's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Higher tiers can be reached based on play volume and consistency. The account must be active to receive cashback benefits.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any unusual betting patterns are used to exploit the bonus system — such as placing opposing bets solely to meet wagering requirements — opkok reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply at all times when playing games on opkok:

6.1 Fair Play

• All games are operated by third-party audited Random Number Generators (RNG).
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to play games is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error occurs in a game result, the bet for that round will be voided and the wagered amount refunded.

6.2 Bet Limits

6.3 Technical Issues

• Attempting to retain bonus or winnings through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Creating an account using a false identity.

8 Limitation of Liability

opkok is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, opkok will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Disruption to games or transactions due to internet connectivity issues.

• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence or security breach.
